Transferring cPanel accounts from other hosts

If you have a lot of cPanel accounts to move across we recommend you use the cPanel backup function on the existing server however instead of backing up to the home folder set the destination as FTP and user your FTP details on the welcome email we sent you. If you have only a couple accounts you can always manually download the cPanel backup file and manually upload it using FTP or the file manager.

Once you have uploaded the cPanel backup file please open a support ticket with the location of the files and we will restore them for you. Please note it is not possible to restore a backup file yourself.
