Your nameservers are in your "Hoopla Hosting New Account Information" email. Because this is a white-label reseller service, we don't publish the domain or servers we use, so Hoopla Hosting stays out of sight when you host your customers' websites.
If you can't find your welcome email, you'll find a copy under My Account → Email History (https://www.hooplahosting.co.nz/client/clientarea.php?action=emails). If you're still not sure which nameservers to use, open a support ticket and we'll check for you.
