Our cPanel web hosting and reseller hosting meet the requirements for current versions of WHMCS. These are the main requirements for WHMCS 9.0:

ionCube Loader13.0.214.4.0
DatabaseMySQL 5.2MySQL 8.0
PHP memory limit64MB128MB or more

WHMCS 9.0 no longer supports PHP 8.1 or older. If you're upgrading from WHMCS 8, switch your WHMCS domain to PHP 8.2 or 8.3 first in cPanel under MultiPHP Manager. See How to change your PHP version in cPanel.

WHMCS also needs a number of PHP extensions, such as cURL with SSL, GD, PDO and mbstring, and a cron job for its automation tasks. For the full, up-to-date list, see the official WHMCS system requirements: https://docs.whmcs.com/9-0/installation-guide/system-requirements/
