We currently use MariaDB 10.3 for all accounts hosted on our cPanel platform. MariaDB is an open source fork of the popular database MySQL.

MariaDB is backwards compatible with MySQL and is suitable for all of your database requirements. MariaDB supports all popular webhosting scripts such as WordPress, Magent, Joomla and Opencart.
